The subjects come from Japanese folklore, food and street life: koi and great waves, oni and fox masks, Mount Fuji, lucky cats, late-night ramen stalls, vending machines and quiet Tokyo alleys. Each one tells a small story that reads best from across the room.
The Japanese t-shirts are printed on a Comfort Colors 1717 tee: garment-dyed, 100% ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk, with a relaxed fit and no side seams. The cut is unisex, so they work as Japanese shirts for men and for women. Check the size guide if you like a closer fit.
Every piece is printed to order in the USA on an imported blank. Some designs also come as a Japanese hoodie.
